TERMS & CONDITIONS about Wave & Dance Morocco

Terms & Conditions

These are the Terms & Conditions upon which Wave & Dance Morocco "STE VAGUES ET DANSE MAROC," and the client applying to book a service agrees to adhere:

Payment To complete your booking, we require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost via Bank Transfer, Revolut, or Western Union. The remaining amount is due 7 days before your arrival. Please note that your booking will not be confirmed until the prepayment is received.

Health By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you have no health problems, including, but not limited to, cardiac irregularities, spinal, bone, joint, tendon, or ligament injuries, spells of dizziness, asthma, or other breathing difficulties, diabetes, epilepsy, or any allergies that may affect your participation in our services. It is your sole responsibility to notify Wave & Dance before attending any service. Always consult with your treating doctor before participating in the retreat. If you are pregnant, consult your doctor before joining the retreat. If you have any of the mentioned conditions or other physical problems, please inform Wave & Dance before booking. If there is any doubt, consult your doctor.

The student participates in every activity at their own risk. Wave & Dance does not accept any liability for injury, loss, or damage related to students participating in any activity.

Risk Sport and adventure activities inherently involve some degree of risk. Each participant must carefully assess whether their state of health and fitness level allows them to engage in such activities under the prevailing conditions. The customer consents to receive medical treatment at their own cost as deemed necessary by Wave & Dance in the case of injury, accident, or illness, and also agrees to indemnify the company for such medical treatment.

Cancellation If, for any reason, you need to cancel your booking:

  • Refunds are not possible, but we can send you an invoice by email for you to claim reimbursement through your travel insurance.

  • Up to 21 days before your arrival, you can change your reservation dates, subject to availability.

  • All cancellations must be communicated in writing via email. We recommend purchasing cancellation insurance to cover cancellation costs.

  • Wave & Dance is not responsible for expenses incurred in the event of canceled trips, such as airline tickets or costs due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness.

  • No refunds will be provided for missed or canceled holidays/lessons during your stay due to personal reasons (e.g., illness).

  • Wave & Dance does not offer discounts, refunds, or credits for arriving late, leaving early, or missing any of the activities or meals during your retreat.

  • Wave & Dance reserves the right to adjust prices due to variations in service charges or exchange rates. Discounts will not be applied once a booking is confirmed. We accept no responsibility for errors, omissions, or discrepancies in our literature. Any alterations or changes will be clarified at the time of booking.

Wave & Dance Morocco reserves the right to terminate a contract under extraordinary circumstances, such as force majeure (e.g., epidemics, storms, catastrophes, strikes, political unrest, war, terrorism, staff illness, etc.), or if certain conditions present unacceptable danger to the participant. In such cases, the company may cancel the contract with immediate effect and offer the client a new arrival date within 24 months from the original booked arrival date, to be chosen by the client for the holiday.

Covid-19 Cancellation Policy (Update 1 February 2022) Since February 1, 2022, we have introduced a new reservation system due to the ongoing pandemic. If your holiday is canceled due to a positive Covid test (only with a PCR test) or due to Covid-19 government-related issues, you will receive a voucher for the deposit amount of your trip payment, which can be used for booking next year and is non-refundable.

Travel Insurance Information You are advised to obtain your own personal insurance for cancellation, accident, personal belongings, and property insurance before arrival. We strongly recommend having your own travel insurance to cover any loss or injury, including repatriation if necessary. Wave & Dance disclaims any liability for theft, loss, or damage to persons or property during your stay.

Wave & Dance Morocco is not responsible for services provided by third parties. By paying for the services, you automatically accept the preceding Terms and Conditions and are expected to adhere to them.

The person submitting the booking accepts responsibility for payment for everyone listed in the booking and is responsible for ensuring that all other persons listed in the booking are aware of the terms and conditions. You will be asked to sign a copy of these Terms and Conditions upon your arrival at the camp.

 

I HAVE READ THE WAIVER OF LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND INDEMNITY OF THIS AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, AND UNDERSTAND THAT I AM GIVING UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS. I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I AM SIGNING THIS AGREEMENT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY AND INTEND TO AGREE TO A COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY.

These general conditions are governed by Moroccan law, and jurisdiction is in Agadir.
